JSM Construction, LLC was founded in 1994 by its President and Owner, Joseph Martinez. Under his leadership the team has successfully completed numerous residential, commercial, and industrial projects including public sector projects for the City of Los Angeles and the California Department of Transportation.  JMS has also been the General Contractor or Sub-Contractor on several multifamily projects, including multiple Mid-Rise Apartment complexes in the City of Los Angeles, and industrial projects, ranging from downstream oil and gas facilities to high-tech cultivation warehouses. The company’s competence as both a General Contractor and Sub-Contractor ensures that projects are kept on budget and completed on time. When necessary, JSM’s team will perform critical trade work themselves; the company has even completed projects from start to finish without the use of a single sub-contractor.
