Mr. Martinez has been in the construction industry for more than 40 years and has been a Licensed General Contractor for 25 years. He began his career as an apprentice journeyman while working his way through trade schools. After 15 years of mastering the individual trades, Mr. Martinez received his general contractors license and started JSM. Since starting JSM, Mr. Martinez has earned a reputation for performing the highest quality work and continues to receive repeat business from major Fortune 500 companies and governmental agencies, including, the City of Los Angeles, the California Department of Transportation, and the Arizona Public Service Electric Company. Mr. Martinez prides himself on his hands-on knowledge of all the major trades and when necessary he continues to perform critical functions such as structural framing, concrete foundations, and underground work to ensure jobs are completed to the highest specifications. Mr. Martinez holds an active General Contractor’s License in the state of California, Arizona, and Nevada.
